Rare White Footed Ferret of the Month February

We are honored!  I will notify MISS FEBRUARY immediately and give her an N-bone to celebrate!  Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers as Rachel has surgery next Tuesday, February 10th to remove a perivulvular cyst and get her teeth cleaned!  She is a very special girl and a big part of our little family.

Happy to report Miss Rachel came through surgery with flyin colors, her teeth are all shined but she had quite a sore mouth so she's been on soup (Patrice I just added ground kibble to your good tummies) She got busted Sunday night sneaking kibble in the middle of the night so we are back on just the good tummy formula.  She doesn't like her med (wonder why?) so I am mixing it with 10ml of the good tummy formula and giving it to her twice a day.  She is doing wonderful...thank you all!j

PS.  Did I tell you?  Although she was last to learn...she has nonetheless learned how to get under the throw rugs and be a real "carpet shark".  Rachel however has to get the award for being the best when it comes to the litterbox!

Susan that's great news.
Don't you just love how they play the moving bump (carpet shark) under a carpet?
My daughter had a ferret and 4 cats at one time and those crazy cats thought they were ferrets and would copy everything her ferret did. She could tell which type of furkid was under her carpet by the size of the bump.

Ohhh I am so glad to hear Rachel is doing well...
Don't have any carpets that the ferts can get under in my house...
But Boodles sure loves crawling under the plastic runner we have in the front hallway..
It has picks under it to hold it down on the carpet and he gets under there and rubs
his body all over those picks..Must feel like a ferret Massage under there.. he he
