I found out from my sister, who knows what all those big words and short forms stand for, that that is exactly what it is, Congestive Heart Failure.

I just got home.
It is not 100% what exactly is the root cause of the problem, but, the main one is a heart condition.
Something I have never heard of before.
I am on heart medications just in case that is really it and am now an out patient.
Fortunately for me the only restrictions handed me is low salt, which I am a salty food hater, so, no sacrifice there for me.
I don't have a lot of energy, so, will be mostly laying about for the next while.

Another nice day here, at least the afternoon.
Had a rainy morning and now scattered rain, but, the afternoon was nice and sunny.
I took a stroll, but, not eating too much lately have no energy. About all I can stomach is chicken soup, toast and arrowroot cookies.
